Forms of Payment FAQ
Payment by check or money order in U.S. funds (foreign checks MUST be payable through the U.S. banking system) items are not shipped until funds clear the U.S.banking process. Institutions and Companies can arrange to open an account and then will be billed upon request via Pay-Pals invoice system. Please contact us should you wish to utilize this payment method via our contact us form or via phone (717) 781-7910.
We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard, which are securely processed via the PROPAY credit card system. You will receive an e-mail receipt from ProPay at the time your card has been charged.
We also gladly accept Pay-Pal payments.

Cost of shipment is charged on all orders upon check out as follows:
Delivery to destinations within the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA by United States Postal Service:

MEDIA MAIL, $3.50 for the first item, and $1.50 for each additional book

PRIORITY MAIL FLAT RATE ENVELOPE (size and weight restrictions apply), $5.99 for the 1st item, and $1.50 for each additional item.

PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE ENVELOPE (size and weight restriction of under 4 pounds apply): $10.99 for 1st item; $3.99 for each additional item.

PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL (boxed): $24.00 for 1st item; $6.00 for each additional item.

1st CLASS INTERNATIONAL (weight restriction under 15OZ): $5.99 for item.
Delivery to destinations in counties other than the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA or CANADA by United States Postal Service (ALL rates are for shipping by AIR; surface rates are no longer offered by USPS).

PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL (boxed): $27.00 for the 1st pound; $7.00 for each additional pound.

PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE ENVELOPE, $12.95 for each item. (Small to medium size items only.)

1st CLASS INTERNATIONAL, $18.00 for the first item, $8 for each additional item (shipments weighing over four pounds will be sent by PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL). If insurance for an international shipment is required, it must be sent by PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL at additional cost. The exact cost of any expedited shipping service will be charged in place of the standard charges noted above.
PLEASE INDICATE YOUR SHIPPING PREFERENCE AT THE TIME OF YOUR ORDER. If you want insurance for merchandise sent by U.S. Postal Service, please ask. Uninsured parcels are sent at the buyer's risk. Insurance is extra and will be charged at cost. All shipments by United Parcel Service are automatically insured.
WHEN WE SHIP All of our products are in stock and are shipped Monday through Friday from our location in Dallastown, Pennsylvania. All orders are processed in the order in which they have been received, except when a customer has chosen Expedited shipping. All orders received before 3:30PM Eastern time will be shipped the same day unless they are placed over the weekend. All order which are placed after 3:30 PM on Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday, except for Expedited orders will not be shipped nor leave our building until Monday.
HOW WE SHIP All of our products are shipped in a new multi dimensional box or bubble mailer with either USPS delivery confirmation or signature confirmation along with an auto generated shipping confirmation e mail at the time of shipping. If receiving the confirmation e mail is important to you then please check your e mail junk mail folder or your spam filter settings if you do not receive it within 24 hours M-F.
Your choice of STANDARD shipping is shipped via the USPS MEDIA MAIL system unless your purchase weighs less than 12 ounces then we ship it 1st class USPS mail. Your choice of Expedited shipping is via USPS Priority Mail Expected transit times •Standard U.S.: 4 to 14 business days after shipping (may take up to 21 business days) includes Alaska and Hawaii.
We wish we could ensure that APO/FPO orders would make it to their destinations quickly; however we have experienced transit times of up to 8 weeks to some of these destinations. So please be aware that if you are ordering a gift for an individual serving our nation that priority mail would be a more efficient method of delivery.
•Expedited U.S.: 2 to 6 business days after shipping •International Standard: 3 to 6 weeks (may take 8 to 12 weeks due to customs delays)
CANCELING YOUR ORDER If you wish to cancel your order with us for an immediate refund we must receive your request by 3:30 PM on the day you place the order, except for orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday which must be received by 3:30PM EST on Monday. Otherwise it has already shipped and can not be retrieved from the USPS.
REFUNDS •Should you purchase a product and it is not in the condition it was described to be in our listing please contact us immediately so we can send you a pre-paid mailer and have the product returned to us for a full refund. •If your purchase does not arrive within the allotted shipping time frame please contact us so we can file the necessary paperwork with the USPS and either issue you a full refund or replacement. •If for any other reason you wish to return a product to us, within 30 days of purchase, please notify us before shipping it back to us so we can ensure a smooth return process. There is a 20% restocking fee on any product returned for reasons other than materially different than described. Please understand that media products, meaning DVD’s, CD’s, and Software, are not subject to our standard refund policy, simply because of their easily copied nature; therefore store credit is given for these items should you decide you do not wish to keep the product.
